Diana Lattimore, Ph.D., CMPC

Diana Lattimore, Ph.D., CMPC, is a Sport Psychology Professor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Diana brings both personal and professional experience to her work with athletes and coaches. She grew up playing a few sports, but gymnastics quickly became her love and identity. After high school, she went on to compete in gymnastics at Southeast Missouri State University. During her freshman year Diana sustained an elbow injury that required four surgeries and sidelined her for 13 months. That was a defining event for her as she fought her way back both mentally and physically and fortunately was able to continue & finish a great collegiate gymnastics career. In 2019, Diana was inducted into the TN Gymnastics Hall of Fame, where she competed in high school!

Her elbow injury also paved the way for her career in Sport Psychology. Diana has been working with athletes for over 15 years to gain mental strength, confidence, and resilience in order to get back and start thriving in the sports they love. Diana has worked with youth athletes, elite level athletes, collegiate athletes, Olympians and coaches. She is passionate about helping athletes along their journey in order to reach their full potential, perform their best, and enjoy the ride!
