Alex holds a Doctorate in Education (EdD), where her research focused on belonging, identity development, and how individuals build the skills to navigate diverse environments while maintaining a strong sense of self. Her equity centered work informs her approach to mental performance, particularly in supporting athletes from diverse backgrounds in developing confidence, voice, and agency within competitive spaces.
