Clinician

Diana Lattimore, PhD, CMPC, is a Sport & Exercise psychology professor and certified mental performance consultant. Diana brings both personal and professional experience to her work with athletes. She grew up playing a few sports, but gymnastics quickly became her love and identity. After high school, she went on to compete in gymnastics at Southeast Missouri State University; however, during her freshman year Diana sustained an elbow injury that sidelined her for 13 months. That was a defining event for her as she fought her way back both mentally and physically in order to finish a great collegiate gymnastics career and later be inducted into the TN Gymnastics Hall of Fame!

That injury also paved the way for her career in Sport Psychology.  Diana has been helping athletes for over 15 years gain mental strength, confidence, and resilience in order to get back and start thriving in the sports they love. Diana has worked with youth athletes, elite level athletes, collegiate student athletes, Olympians and Olympic hopefuls and coaches. She is passionate about helping athletes along their journey in order to reach their full potential, perform their best, and enjoy the ride!
